Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in Qualiflow AI. This policy explains how trials, subscriptions, and refunds work.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased directly from Qualiflow AI. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Free Trial

Eligible plans include a free trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

3. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Because a free trial is available before purchase:

  • Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the period has started; you may cancel to stop future renewals.
  • For quarterly and annual plans, you may request a pro-rated refund of the unused, full billing months within 14 days of the initial charge.
  • Usage-based or add-on charges that have already been consumed are non-refundable.

4. Onboarding & Setup Fees

One-time onboarding or implementation fees are refundable only if the corresponding work has not yet begun. Once onboarding has started, fees are non-refundable for the work delivered.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. We do not automatically refund the remaining period unless required by law or stated above.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@qualiflow.ai from the email associated with your account, including your account name and the charge in question. We aim to review eligible requests within 5–10 business days; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the service, or violation of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
